October 19, 2024. Went out for a short bike ride today on a beautiful fall day. This is the local harvest, locally called 'cow corn'. As cattle feed, it supports the eastern Ontario dairy industry. Watching the football game as I upload this; it is not going well. https://flic.kr/p/2qoEoxJ

October 18, 2016. I managed to avoid the traffic jam on the 417 by taking the Russell Road, but even this slowed to a stop in a couple spots, including this one by a cornfield.
