Let's Make Some Art, Dammit

January 7, 2023. It took a few days, but the birds have discovered we put food in the feeder again. We had stopped over the summer because of avian flu, and we didn't want them gathering all together. This is a female cardinal; we haven't seen the male yet, but we hold out hope. January 8, 2022. A cardinal eats at the feeder in the early morning light. Aftre watchinbg birds for a while, I spent all day creating four slides for my still-lingering course. April 7, 2017. OK, this isn't the best photo in the world - they were taken with the Sony outside the window. Both of these cardinals - a male and a female - were in our crabapple tree. So I guess we have a pair of nexting cardinals around here. Awesome.
