September 15, 2026. Paroisse St-Albert. Back at last to regular bike rides, this time without the snack stop for chips and chocolate. So my stop in St. Albert today was to take a picture of the church. We went for a walk around Hog's Back Falls in Ottawa, including along the west shore of the river downstream, where there is no actual trail, a route I definitely do not recommend. P.S.
