September 9, 2026. Rain and Recovery. This is the view through the car windshield at Costco. Weekly shopping. I felt pretty beat up today and very gingerly managed time food and water. We went for a walk around Hog's Back Falls in Ottawa, including along the west shore of the river downstream, where there is no actual trail, a route I definitely do not recommend. P.S.
