Cardinal in the Snow


March 1, 2022. More snow today and the bird feeders remain a popular attraction. Here we have a cardinal braving the snow for a quick snack. Worked on gRSShopper today, trying to get multisite to run properly, and also on my data literacy project. Worked through the morning, drove home at lunch (much easier!) and spent the afternoon working from home. Dow's Lake

March 2, 2024. The frozen surface of Dow's lake with a sheen of meltwater on it. This was a view as I took an 11 km ride on my new bicycle today. First ride of the year, first ride on the new bike.
