February 23, 2022. This shows the aftermath of the freezing rain on the weeds in our back yard. It was supposed to be a picture of the birds as well, but they scattered when I went to take this shot and never returned. Worked through the morning, drove home at lunch (much easier!) and spent the afternoon working from home. March 2, 2024. The frozen surface of Dow's lake with a sheen of meltwater on it. This was a view as I took an 11 km ride on my new bicycle today. First ride of the year, first ride on the new bike.
