October 15, 2026. Chipmunk. We took what might be the last nice fall day and spent it hiking in Gatineau Park, just north of Ottawa. The trees were in great form, it was a little cool (but warm after climbing 250 m) and the sky was a bright clear blue. #SDDaily #forest #photography. URL: https://ift.tt/R8hsvHE

La Forêt Blanche Ecological Reserve

September 26, 2021. We were on the Quebec side today, about a half hour north-east of Buckingham, at the La Forêt Blanche Ecological Reserve. It was another bright beautiful fall day, a bit windy, but of course we didn't really feel that in the forest.
