January 23, 2026. Mounted police. I want to the Canadian Tire to buy bird seed over lunch and just happened to spot these mounted police just making their way through the parking lot. April 19, 2025. Small creet where it crosses the back road just north of St. Albert. The turquoise water is a sure sign it's all snow melt. Went for a 25 km ride today - planned to go further, but found I just didn't have the energy to battle the strong wind more than 10 km. Typical April cycling. https://flic.kr/p/2qYFUGY
