October 26, 2025. Burritts Rapids. Andrea an I walked the tip-to-tip trail at Burritts Rapids today. This is a small town on an island in the Rideau River upstream from Kemptville. April 19, 2025. Small creet where it crosses the back road just north of St. Albert. The turquoise water is a sure sign it's all snow melt. Went for a 25 km ride today - planned to go further, but found I just didn't have the energy to battle the strong wind more than 10 km. Typical April cycling. https://flic.kr/p/2qYFUGY
