July 9, 2025. A beautiful day on the P'tit Train du Nord trail between Mont Tremblant and Labelle. Did a 50km ride today that left me more tired than usual - maybe it was the humidity. https://flic.kr/p/2rfMg3T

April 19, 2025. Small creet where it crosses the back road just north of St. Albert. The turquoise water is a sure sign it's all snow melt. Went for a 25 km ride today - planned to go further, but found I just didn't have the energy to battle the strong wind more than 10 km. Typical April cycling. https://flic.kr/p/2qYFUGY
