August 18, 2017. I celebrated today's photo of the day by reading Aristophanes. It's interesting that his work bears so much relation between today's debate between Just Discourse and Unjust Discourse. "We always act thus, when we see a man conceive a passion for what is evil; we strike him with some terrible disgrace, so that he may learn to fear the gods."

March 22, 2024. Print by someone known as 'Ryan 100' in our room at the Brookstreet. I liked it, through it looked like it was water damaged. It was still the best art in the room. Worked through the morning, drove home at lunch (much easier!) and spent the afternoon working from home.
