Chicken Thighs

September 2, 2014. Back in town, back at Costco, looking at massive quantities of food. I'm not eating chicken these days buy I did buy bulk frozen farmed salmon (farmed, because when we fish from the wild, we can't be trusted not to overfish until it's all gone).
