January 24, 2014. I'm still in Ottawa, attending Customer Relations Management training all day in the J.E. Brown building, or as it's known to all of us, M-55. It's the former CISTI building, and also houses the now empty offices of the NRC Research Press. This is the view looking north to the main entrance. Here is a view from the outside.
