Pipe Dreams

 I walked back to the construction site today because ti was really cold and I wasn't able to think of anything more imaginative. I still have no better idea than I did yesterday about what they're building. Today was a day of progress in inches, as I had several false starts. But I think I have cron working properly in my containers. Next step: volumes. I'm aware I'm doing everything the hard way (ie., in Perl) and that people mostly won't use what I'm building, but I'm learning a lot and will have a good platform for experimentation when I'm done.

March 22, 2024. Print by someone known as 'Ryan 100' in our room at the Brookstreet. I liked it, through it looked like it was water damaged. It was still the best art in the room. Worked through the morning, drove home at lunch (much easier!) and spent the afternoon working from home. Dow's Lake

March 2, 2024. The frozen surface of Dow's lake with a sheen of meltwater on it. This was a view as I took an 11 km ride on my new bicycle today. First ride of the year, first ride on the new bike.
