Moose and Monster


January 9, 2020. Spotted during my daily walk. I'm not sure whether the moose has even been on Sesame Street, but I think the monster was (Sesame Street was after my childhood viewing age). Another classic type of day: I recorded a video (Learning Next.js - Part 2), worked on gRSShopper, played some No Man's Sky, and went for a walk. A good day. https://flic.kr/p/2kqH72D

Worked through the morning, drove home at lunch (much easier!) and spent the afternoon working from home. Dow's Lake

March 2, 2024. The frozen surface of Dow's lake with a sheen of meltwater on it. This was a view as I took an 11 km ride on my new bicycle today. First ride of the year, first ride on the new bike.
