November 18, 2023. This is my game-worn CFL helmet that I got at the RedBlacks locker room sale last Sunday. It now occupies a place of honour in my home office. Worked through the morning, drove home at lunch (much easier!) and spent the afternoon working from home. March 2, 2024. The frozen surface of Dow's lake with a sheen of meltwater on it. This was a view as I took an 11 km ride on my new bicycle today. First ride of the year, first ride on the new bike.
