Canada Day


July 1, 2022. This was the scene at the ball park on Canada Day. We took the train first thing in the morning, arriving in Toronto early enough to catch the game (it's four hours from Fallowfield; you can't do that to downtown Toronto in a car). Worked through the morning, drove home at lunch (much easier!) and spent the afternoon working from home. March 2, 2024. The frozen surface of Dow's lake with a sheen of meltwater on it. This was a view as I took an 11 km ride on my new bicycle today. First ride of the year, first ride on the new bike.
