Crabapple Blossoms


May 5, 2021. The crabapple tree in the back yard has appeared to have regained its health and looks like it will give us a full tree of blossoms this year. If the photo appears a bit dark it's because it was taken outdoors on another cold, wet and grey day, not suitable for anything. Worked through the morning, drove home at lunch (much easier!) and spent the afternoon working from home. Dow's Lake

March 2, 2024. The frozen surface of Dow's lake with a sheen of meltwater on it. This was a view as I took an 11 km ride on my new bicycle today. First ride of the year, first ride on the new bike.
