Eagle Moon


December 3. I bought this lithograph by Roy Henry Vickers at an art shop in Metrotown in 1990 when I was in Vancouver - yes, it is the same trip when I attended the Connectivism conference. I also attended a CFS conference that week, stayed in New Westminster for a four-day vacation, analyzed the Tao Te Ching, and more. For me, it was a week of renewal never to be forgotten. I hung Eagle Moon in my hallway this week - it has been sitting in a box. https://flic.kr/p/2dZmebj

March 22, 2024. Print by someone known as 'Ryan 100' in our room at the Brookstreet. I liked it, through it looked like it was water damaged. It was still the best art in the room. Worked through the morning, drove home at lunch (much easier!) and spent the afternoon working from home. Dow's Lake

March 2, 2024. The frozen surface of Dow's lake with a sheen of meltwater on it. This was a view as I took an 11 km ride on my new bicycle today. First ride of the year, first ride on the new bike.
