Spin Class


May 20, 2015. On no-meetings Wednesday today I had three meetings, plus a quarterly report to finish, and some other work. Lots of stress, and I slept poorly last night. Spin class at St. Patrick's Centre (seen here) is good for that. No, it didn't eliminate the tinnitus that comes with high-stress days, but it relaxed the stiff neck and made me breathe hard for a while. I've been going reasonably regularly for some 17 months now. It's pretty basic - that's the bike I use, my towel and my water. But I like it, I like the people, and I'd miss it if it weren't there.
