    Kouchibouguac National Park (and River): Kouchibouguac means "river of the long tides" in Mi'kmaq (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mi%27kmaq_language).

April 19, 2025. Small creet where it crosses the back road just north of St. Albert. The turquoise water is a sure sign it's all snow melt. Went for a 25 km ride today - planned to go further, but found I just didn't have the energy to battle the strong wind more than 10 km. Typical April cycling. https://flic.kr/p/2qYFUGY
