Inside the Milkweed


June 16, 2021. I have some better photos of a milkweed (a href="https://ift.tt/3xoF9dG this) but I really like this accidental look at what's going on inside it, from the milkweed bugs getting it on to the ant in one of the buds. Our backyard is filled with milkweed in an effort to help monarch butterflies; it's still too early for them but we've seen a couple. Today we bought some new bird feeders in order to replace old reliable, so we'll see what this new look to the back ward brings. https://flic.kr/p/2m6bhpE

March 22, 2024. Print by someone known as 'Ryan 100' in our room at the Brookstreet. I liked it, through it looked like it was water damaged. It was still the best art in the room. Worked through the morning, drove home at lunch (much easier!) and spent the afternoon working from home.
