Marionville Road


July 26, 2017. 20x50 Day 10. 61 km, the highlight (or lowlight) of which was Marionville Road, pictured. This is a good stretch; it got smaller, had huge holes in it, rocky ridges and worse. Not a great road for cycling. I knew I shouldn't use it, but I had to see. I just had to see.

Dow's Lake

March 2, 2024. The frozen surface of Dow's lake with a sheen of meltwater on it. This was a view as I took an 11 km ride on my new bicycle today. First ride of the year, first ride on the new bike.
